Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Define key performance metrics, build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations
- Drive further the development of our sales dashboard in Salesforce / PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric
- Developing Usecases in Salesforce Analytics
- Perform analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples of analyses include deriving bid-no-bid criteria, customer segmentation, etc.)
- Drive sales reports and forecast management to ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business units
- Orchestrate the design and implementation of new technologies to further drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes
Your expertise:
- Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modelling
- Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights
- Fluent in both German and English
- Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI preferred
