(Senior) Manager - Green Real Estate Go-to-Market (f/m/d) - JobID 19766 in Neu-Isenburg

 

 

‘Green Real Estate’ with a focus on energy efficiency and decarbonization - help our customers reach their sustainability targets
 

What your responsibilities will be:

  • Help to further detail, implement and refine our Green Real Estate go-to-market approach together with operational units
  • Develop and implement elements of our Green Real Estate go-to-market approach with a focus on data-driven lead generation and progress tracking
  • Develop business cases and commercial models for our Green Real Estate products and services
  • Support the reporting process towards our Management Board and owner


What you bring to the table:

  • Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, ideally with a focus data & business intelligence topics, sales excellence, or real estate
  • Experience in working with data, such as developing data models, data analysis, data visualization, and database management
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
  • Proactiveness and a high degree of ability to work independently
  • Strong social and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German
