Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Market analyses (segmentation, sizing, trend analyses) to define target markets
  • Competitor analyses to derive value proposition and USPs
  • Development & PMO of Sales Strategy across all business units
  • Identification of target clients in collaboration with our business development team
  • Drive and support various strategic projects (e.g., cross-selling)
  • Preparation of management meetings

 

Your expertise:

  • Approx. 2-4 years of professional experience in corporate development teams or management consulting, ideally with a focus on sales
  • Highly motivated to become acquainted with facility management
  • Being able to develop convincing strategic concepts for the top management level
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong social, communication and presentation skill
  • Experience in managing own projects or workstreams
  • Strong analytical skills and data affinity
