‘Green Real Estate’ with a focus on energy efficiency and decarbonization - help our customers reach their sustainability targets
What your responsibilities will be:
- Help to further detail, implement and refine our Green Real Estate go-to-market approach together with operational units
- Independently lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement elements of our Green Real Estate go-to-market approach (e.g., data-driven lead generation, sales support infrastructure)
- Develop business cases and commercial models for our Green Real Estate products and services
- Develop a partner network approach and support its implementation
- Support the reporting process towards our Management Board and owner
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of professional experience in (strategic) management consulting, ideally with a focus on commercial excellence, transformations, sustainability or real estate
- Experience as project lead, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent conceptual skills, proactive strategic and “out-of-the-box” thinking
- Strong analytical skills and data affinity
- Experience in coordinating complex processes and projects
- Strong social and communication skills
- Fluency in English and German
