‘Green Real Estate’ with a focus on energy efficiency and decarbonization - help our customers reach their sustainability targets

 

What your responsibilities will be:

  • Help to further detail, implement and refine our Green Real Estate go-to-market approach together with operational units
  • Independently lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement elements of our Green Real Estate go-to-market approach (e.g., data-driven lead generation, sales support infrastructure)
  • Develop business cases and commercial models for our Green Real Estate products and services
  • Develop a partner network approach and support its implementation 
  • Support the reporting process towards our Management Board and owner


What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in (strategic) management consulting, ideally with a focus on commercial excellence, transformations, sustainability or real estate
  • Experience as project lead, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent conceptual skills, proactive strategic and “out-of-the-box” thinking
  • Strong analytical skills and data affinity
  • Experience in coordinating complex processes and projects
  • Strong social and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German
