Your tasks and responsibilities:
- End to end responsibility for commercial and contract part in the projects, internal and external
- Ensure compliance with Apleona requirements (governance, process, commercial etc.)
- Host of internal meetings (Commerical and contract meetings)
- In charge of development and submission of best in class commercial and contract proposal
- Leading Tender Project Commercial & Contract Team and develop best in class commercial and contractual solutions and achieve market leading hit rate
Your expertise:
- Many years experience of leading high-performance international cross-functional sales project teams in commercial and contract environment
- Experience in leading international IFM projects and proven track record to prepare successful closing of deals
- Strong communication skills
- Avantage English
