Your tasks and responsibilities:
- End to end responsibility for development of operational solution, internal and external
- Ensure compliance with Apleona requirements (governance, process, countries etc.)
- Host of internal meetings (Operational solution meetings)
- In charge of development and submission of best in class operational solution based on operational excellence
- Leading Tender Solution Development to ensure best in clase operational solution based on client needs
Your expertise:
- Many years experience of leading high-performance international cross functional project sales teams to develop operational solutions based on operational excellence
- Experience in leading international IFM projects and proven track record in closing deals
- Advantage English
- Strong communication skills
