Electrician (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and qualified electrician (m/f/d) who will make a significant contribution to the smooth operation of technical systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Maintenance and servicing of technical equipment and installations (e.g. lighting, sockets, fuse boxes)

• Performing inspections in accordance with DGUV V3 / VDE regulations (e.g. fixed and portable equipment)

• Supervising external companies performing electrical work

• Preparing and maintaining documentation (e.g. circuit diagrams, test reports)

• Monitoring energy consumption and supporting energy optimization

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards

• Performing regular inspections and visual checks of the building

• Complying with house rules and assisting in emergencies

• Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician or electronics technician

• Knowledge in heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems is an advantage

• Experience in facility management, especially in BMS / control systems

• Knowledge of fire protection technology is desirable

• Confident use of MS Office and CAFM systems

• Independent and reliable way of working

• Valid driver’s license.

• Language skills: German, English (French is an advantage)
