As a Facility Service Desk Specialist, you are the central point of contact for all facility-related requests at the site. All tickets – covering both soft and hard services – come directly to you. This means you will handle a broad and varied range of requests, from additional cleaning and support for small events to a leaking tap, a jammed door, or a freezer that is out of order.

Apleona is responsible for the complete facility service delivery within the building, and you play a key role in this process. You check and assess incoming requests, forward them to the appropriate departments or suppliers, actively follow up on the execution, and accurately register any changes in the system.

You will be working for a leading pharmaceutical company located at the Bio Science Park in Oegstgeest. The site is easily accessible by both car (with parking facilities) and public transport. We are looking for someone available for 32 to 40 hours per week, with 40 hours being preferred. The position is performed from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.

In addition to accuracy and the ability to work independently, strong communication and organizational skills are essential. The following points are considered a strong plus:

· Experience with systems such as Maximo, SAP, or similar;

· 2–3 years of work experience in an administrative and/or production environment, or a recently completed Facility Management education;

· Good knowledge of standard software applications, such as Microsoft Office;

Proficiency in English is essential, as our client operates in an English-speaking environment.

· A salary matching your knowledge and experience, ranging from € 2,633.51 to € 3,762.16 gross per month;

· 28 days of annual leave;

· 8% holiday allowance;

· Travel allowance;

· Only a 2% personal contribution to your pension premium.
