Mobile Gas Qualified Supervisor
Location: Maidstone
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, plus company vehicle and fuel card
Contract Type: Full time – Permanent, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
This role operates across two Kent and Medway NHS Trusts, covering mental health services and community healthcare. You will be supporting a varied estate of over 120 sites that provide round-the-clock patient care.
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of gas servicing, repair works, breakdowns and installations across our client sites, ensuring that all gas appliances and installations worked on are safe for continued use.
You will help safeguard service users, members of the public, staff and Apleona employees by ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant gas safety regulations.
Role Criteria:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer & Supervising position.
- Working with our clients and building users, directly and attending meetings, creating reports and resolving high profile issues.
- Domestic and Commercial Gas ACS qualifications.
- CCN1, COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/TPCP1A certifications.
- Good knowledge of construction site safety.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
• LPG PD and G3 qualifications

Whether it's maintenance, repairs or solving unexpected problems, Patrick is always on hand to keep everything running. What does he particularly like about Apleona? The strong team spirit. For him, spontaneity is part of the job, just like the regular exchanges with colleagues from other departments, which constantly give him fresh inspiration. Patrick stays active in his spare time too, though not with tools, but with a green thumb. His garden is his personal oasis, where he enjoys every spare minute in the fresh air. Passion meets success!
Since June 2023, he has been supporting one of our largest client sites in Berlin as a project coordinator. Tim originally joined us through a temporary employment agency as a plant mechanic. But it soon became clear: he was a permanent fixture in the team! "The friendly atmosphere and professional camaraderie won me over straight away," he says. Today, he is taking on more and more responsibility and is also working towards his master craftsman's qualification. Tim embodies what Apleona is all about: team spirit, commitment and the desire to develop further.
