Contract Support – Facilities Management
Location – Liverpool, L70 2QA
Hours – Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm

As Contract Support, we’re looking for someone to provide contract administration support to both client and site staff. In this role you will be responsible for the company CAFM system, ensuring compliance on the contract and statutory requirements of maintenance activities are being adhered to.
You will also administer the PPM scheduling for engineers on site; support the contract manager with reports; raise purchase orders for materials & sub-contractor works and support client requirements.
As an Apleona Contract Support, we’re looking for:
- Some knowledge of CAFM systems
- Experience in coordinating specialist sub-contractor visits
- Logical approach to filing
- Ability to provide financial reporting
- Experience in raising purchase orders
- Good communication skills and be customer focused
- Computer literate with knowledge of Word/Excel
We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will have administrative experience gained in a busy, everchanging environment.
