GMP Team Leader
Full-time, permanent
Dublin
Main duties and responsibilities:
Manage, develop and mentor the shift team
- Engage the shift team to deliver cleaning schedule requirements while maintaining a culture of compliance, safety and innovation.
- To ensure that all documentation and logbooks entries are completed as Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
- Scheduling daily activities in fair manner and ensuring that cleaning Matrix being followed.
- Continuously coach and communicate to all staff about any outstanding issues.
- Manage the shift team while covering Shift Supervisor.
- To ensure that all staff are following Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and report noncompliance to Shift Supervisor.
- To ensure that all documentation and logbooks entries are completed as Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and report noncompliance to Shift Supervisor.
- Scheduling daily activities in fair manner and ensuring that cleaning Matrix being followed while covering Shift Supervisor.
- Flexibility and ability to work day/night shift, 12 hr. per day.
- GMP Experience
- Schedule planning
- Good work record
- Excellent computer literacy is essential for administrative purposes
- Experience of using cleaning equipment
- Good understanding of English language both oral and written
