Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Dublin 14

Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 08.30-17:00

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Own and manage the company brand across all touchpoints in Ireland 
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across marketing materials, digital platforms and internal communications.
• Act as brand guardian , ensuring alignment with group brand guidelines where applicable 
• Support internal brand engagement ensuring employees understand and represent the brand effectively 
• Develop and deliver annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives 
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support sales , retention and brand awareness 
• Collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams to support key business initiatives 
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence ( including LinkedIn and other relevant platforms)
• Monitor performance, engagement and trends , using insights to optimise content and campaigns 
• Oversee the creation of marketing content including case studies , brochures presentations and online content 
• Liaise with external agencies, designers and suppliers as required
• Track and report on marketing reporting in ROI 
• Use data and insight to inform continuous improvement 
• Manage and grow a high performance management team 

Qualifications and Experience 

• 5+years proven experience in a marketing management role . ideally within B2B  services or facilities management 
• Strong experience in brand management and social media strategy 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
• 3rd level Degree in related field preferable 
• Must be a self starter with and entrepreneurial attitude
