PPP Facilities Manager

To support growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting a full-time Multi-site Facilities Manager to join our team primarily based in Cork

 

Note: This is a multi-site role covering five sites right throughout Ireland

 

Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 9:00-17:00

 

**18-month Fixed-term Contract**

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and build a positive team culture
  • Manage people day-to-day with regular feedback and resource planning
  • Budgeting, invoicing, and H&S responsibility for all sites under their management
  • Implement strategic goals, KPIs, and objectives
  • Attend tier meetings, own facilities actions, and close them on time
  • Resolve issues promptly to support operations
  • Oversee site procedures, non-conformances, and corrective actions
  • Review work orders and carry out preventative maintenance
  • Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with site requirements
  • Manage shift patterns, holiday cover, and overtime
  • Conduct performance reviews and support continuous improvement
  • Keep clients informed and uphold excellent customer service
  • Ad hoc duties as requested by the line manager

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities within a regulated environment
  • Strong financial, systems, and process understanding
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent pc skills, including Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, and project
  • Suitable experience in Health and safety, and environmental issues 
  • Strong communication and customer service focus
  • Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
