Apleona Real Estate is looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our team in Ireland
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:30
Location: Remote with occasional site visits
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for a wide-ranging, mixed portfolio including Commercial and a smaller proportion of Residential Owners Management Companies
- Relationship management involving; Stakeholders, Board of Directors, Owners and Contractors from client sites. Management of On-site Janitors
- Compliance with industry and legislative standards
- Budget management and implementation of spending control responsibilities
- Liaising with sub-contractors relating to Cleaning, Waste and Technical Services
- Ensure all sites are Health & Safety compliant in line with legislation
- Monthly, quarterly stakeholder’s meetings
- Site inspections and reporting
Qualifications and experience:
- A valid PSRA license (class D) with industry-relevant qualifications
- Previous experience as a Facilities / Property Manager
- A degree in Estate Management, Property Economics or equivalent and ideally will have completed the APO / RIGS process.
- A full clean valid driver’s license and use of their own car.
- A minimum of two years relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
