Location – Magor, NP26 3RA
Hours – Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 14:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit a Senior Cleaning Operative will assist the management team with a range of duties including but not limited to greeting team members at the start of each shift, delivering internal communication upon site management request, making contingency plans in absence of management.
As the Senior Cleaning Operative, you will carry out the delivery of office, cleaning and waste that will include compliance, statutory, contractual and company regulations and processes. You will provide the focal point for the client for compliance, audit, health & safety, and cleaning schedules. We’re looking for someone who will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest cleaning standards are adhered to at all times, professional always and readily interacting with our client / tenants as required.
As an Apleona Senior Cleaning Operative, we’re looking for:
- BICS Qualification (desirable)
- Experience as a cleaner
- Ability to demonstrate maths skills for measuring cleaning fluids/materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate the cleaning industry colour coding
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc.
