Site Lead

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Management of Facilities team in the provision of services to the site
- Assisting with the implementation of Company Health and Safety policy
- Manage the approval of supplier invoices and ensure accuracy
- Management of Cleaning, Security and Catering contracts
- Ensure any changes to contracts and other service agreements are properly documented and communicated.
- Monitor and achieve performance targets for all service activities and reports on volumes processed, speed and reliability
- Meet with Vendor representatives as required e
- Oversee budget control and monitoring.
- Actively work to develop and confirm with the Business Continuity Plan. ▪ Provide Project Management Support as required.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policy and ensure staffs comply with same at all times
- Take on adhoc projects from time to time as deemed necessary by the Facilities Director.
- Conduct Annual Staff reviews.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Facility Management and/or previous related experience a distinct advantage.
- Experience of managing FM in a Pharmaceutical setting.
- Previous experience of generating monthly reports
- Previous people management experience essential.
- Good understanding of HR and H&S departments
- Ability to plan and action projects within deadlines
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving aptitude
