Balancing clients, team and quality
Ria is a service manager at Apleona and oversees a client site in Munich. There, she organises the deployment of cleaning staff, draws up cleaning schedules and carries out regular cleaning inspections – always with the aim of ensuring the highest quality and satisfied clients. She began her career at Apleona in operational cleaning and has progressed through dedication and further training. Today, she holds a qualification as a specialist in hygiene and cleaning management. For Ria, one thing is clear: a good service manager should be service-oriented, be there for the client – and keep a close eye on their team as well. A 45-year success story
Giuseppe has been part of the Apleona family since January 1996 – and can look back on an impressive 45 years of professional experience. Today, he leads a team of 17 colleagues in the building cleaning sector with passion and dedication.
