Head of Integration (f/m/d) - 22105

The position will be filled at Apleona GmbH in Neu-Isenburg.

What your responsibilities will be:

• Post-Merger Integration
  • Finalization of “Project ONE”, the integration of Gegenbauer, one of the largest acquisitions in the DACH region over the last years
  • Lead Post-Merger Integration planning and implementation for several (small to medium) acquisitions
  • Tracking and reporting of past and new acquisitions in standard format for presentation to our senior stakeholders (internal and external)

• (M&A) Strategy
  • Definition of strategic initiatives with special focus on Apleona’s business in the DACH region
  • End-to-end management of strategic anorganic growth path – a key element of Apleona’s strategic agenda
  • Integration planning of new European acquisitions from due diligence phase to full implementation

• Communication
  • Close interaction with Apleona’s Head of Integration and Head of Corporate Development (top strategy consulting alumni)
  • Close interaction with Apleona’s senior management (CEO, CFO, Head of Business Units or Country CEOs, and Chief Transformation Officer)
  • Work alongside with our shareholders (currently international PE firm)

What you bring to the table:

• >3 years of professional experience in (Strategy) Consulting or related industries with broad industrial exposure and performance culture
• Experience in implementing large (strategical) programs, involving a variety of stakeholders
• Experience as team lead, perceived role as change agent and strategic driver of growth
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, proactive strategic and “outside-the-box” thinking
• Senior stakeholder management and communication skills
• High proficiency in German and English 
• Willingness to partly work from our Neu Isenburg headquarters 
• Last but not least: Enjoy tackling matters head on and making change happen
