We are looking for
Operational Lead Germany (w/m/d) - JobID 24112
Key Activities:
• Acts as a key contact for clients FM site leads
• Directs and oversees the Apleonas FM business at the client sites in Germany
• Provides operational leadership by achieving goals and objectives focussed on operational excellence, account business growth, meeting financial performance
• Identifies growth opportunities by driving additional services and projects for the client
• Ensures contract fulfilment and optimization of the regional business as well as escalation management
• Addresses, resolves and sponsors critical account and client relations issues
• Ensures compliance with the agreed KPI / SLA, including subcontractors for all trades
• Sets account priorities and performance expectations for the account in conjunction with the Key Account Director
• Drives team performance plans, corrective action, reviews, and award recommendations
• Monitors and modifies the services deliverables in accordance with changes in client’s business needs
Targets:
• Identifies new opportunities for growth and delivers a great service
• Fosters long-term relationships + drives operational excellence
• Central coordination for standardisation & best practices
• Increase of the account performance via promotion and utilization of best practices and processes that enable operational excellence
• Develop, implement and monitor short- and long-range Ops Plans and operational excellence
• Continuous optimization and insurance of savings
• Ensure the implementation of standardized key account processes and restructuring units if necessary
• Successful planning and management of employee resources
Competencies:
• Business fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel across Germany (up to 80%)
• Technical / engineering background and understanding (>5 years)
• Experience in soft service SLAs nice to have
• Good economical understanding
• Excellent communicator
• Conflict Management
• Working in a Matrix organisation
