Performance & Governance Manager EMEA (f/m/d)

We – Apleona ITS GmbH – are looking for a Performance & Governance Manager EMEA (f/m/d) - JobID 25806 for our Hamburg office or alternatively across Germany.


Your key responsibilities:

• Creation and delivery of high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior management and executive audiences
• Supporting and coordinating more than 30 countries across the EMEA region in the preparation and execution of customer performance meetings
• Regular and structured review of country performance to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed service levels
• Actively supporting country organizations in identifying, addressing, and correcting service deviations
• Acting as a central interface between local teams and the customer to ensure transparency, consistency, and continuous performance improvement

Your experience and skills:

• A degree in Facility Management or a related field is preferred
• However: Candidates with different academic backgrounds, career changers as well as young professionals with strong interest in Facility Management and performance management are also encouraged to apply, if they demonstrate the right mindset and motivation
  
• Strong communication skills combined with high social competence and the ability to collaborate effectively in international teams
• Intercultural competence is highly desirable
• Fluent, business-level English and German is required (minimum C1), additional language skills are an advantage
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent design and layout skills for creating professional and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
• Proven ability to structure and present complex information clearly and comprehensibly in PowerPoint for management audiences
