We are looking for   
Regional Operations Lead (f/m/d) - JobID 22419 
 

You will be an experienced Regional Operations Lead with, at least, 3-5 years of experience operating in the Health Care and Life Sciences environment.

Working with the Site Managers, local entities and the wider KAM team you will focus on creating value for money solutions to the customer with a keen focus on to manage client & contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance with Apleona’s policies, values, and behaviors.

Major Responsibilities

Responsibilities for business performance for the operations of all facilities services and ensure delivery of KPIs in line with IFM program. Demonstrate commercial value as part of the leadership team and cultivate strong cross func-tional relationships, whilst leading by example in terms of energy, drive & passion to create a winning culture. 
 

Expected outcomes & Key Activities:

Operations: 

• Management of key client relationships 
• Management reporting key account team and cluster 
• Management and organization of multi-site IFM program 
• Overall responsibility to ensure all IFM service level agreements are achieved 
• Identify, develop, and implement policies and procedures and terms and conditions as required by the busi-ness both internally and externally 
• Ensure compliance of ISO standards across IFM Operation 
• Compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and all other company legislationOwn and drive all not core technical services across entire portfolio 
• Implement OpEx and best practices across all regions 

Human Resources: 

• Influencing and motivating Facility Management teams by setting team direction
• Ensuring effective communication throughout teams and offering support when needed
• Setting and influencing operational culture in line with company values
• Involvement in Recruitment and Selection process on occasions
• Drive training and development needs for the FM Operation 

Client Relationship Management:  

• Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills  
• Strong Financial competency in all aspects of business management   
• Ability to lead successful facility management teams  
• Effective solutions to complex situations   
• Commercial Awareness  
• Business Partnering internal and external  
• Ability to manage and develop a multi skilled workforce

• Presentation skills at Parent, Board and Operational levels

• Previous successful project management skills       
• Flexible approach to meeting deadlines  
• Willing to travel  
• Competent at delivering presentations to Senior Management and clients  

Education & Competencies

• Recognized FM, Business management or Engineering qualification essential
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facility Management industry 
• Proficient use of MS Office suite 
• Full clean driving license 
• Experience working in a GxP environment desirable 
• To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be a true problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple functional areas
