We are looking for the next possible date for a 
Senior Manager (f/m/d) Sales Strategy & Transformation

The position will be filled at Apleona GmbH in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main, Köln, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart or Mannheim. 

We are looking for a new motivated colleague to further drive Apleona's growth and success story.
 
Your tasks and responsibilities: 

• End-to-end management of transformation projects: Responsibility for large transformation initiatives from concept development through business case and pilot phase to rollout, including change management, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking  
• Performance Diagnostics: Consistent analysis of KPIs (e.g., pipeline volume, hit rates, or productivity), identification of performance gaps and their underlying causes, and sharing of best practices across units
• Definition of Sales Strategy: Definition of group wide sales strategy incl. Value proposition, market strategy, product strategy, channel strategy etc. based on market and competitor intelligence
• Project Management of Strategic Initiatives & AI Agenda: Development and PMO of concrete strategic initiatives (e.g., AI Roadmap, Cross-Selling, Incentive Schemes) based on business and market intelligence to specifically improve key performance metrics of individual business units, countries, or sales teams in order to achieve growth targets
• Finetuning of Target Operating Model: Development and continuous review of target frameworks for structure, roles, and interfaces (e.g., Key Account, Business Development, Inside Sales, Bid Management), as well as the establishment of clear governance with well-defined responsibilities, decision-making processes, and control mechanisms across business units and countries

Your expertise: 

• Approx. 4-6 years of professional experience in corporate development teams or management consulting
• Experience in Commercial / Sales Excellence, sales organization transformation, deriving growth strategies
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong analytical skills and data affinity
• High motivation and drive to make a difference
