(Senior) Strategy Manager (w/m/d) - 23075

The position will be filled at Apleona GmbH in Neu-Isenburg.  

What your responsibilities will be:

• Implementation of most visible projects of Apleona’s strategic agenda
• Definition of strategic initiatives with special focus on Apleona’s business in a German region
• Facilitating high organic growth, e.g. shaping sales and mobilization strategy
• M&A and Post-Merger-Implementation lead
• Sparrings partner for the CEO of a regional company (~€ 500m revenue)
• Close interaction with Apleona’s top management (Head of Business Unit, Chief Transformation 
• Officer (consulting alumnus), Head of Corporate Development (consulting alumnus)

What you bring to the table:

• Approx. 5 years of professional experience in Strategy Consulting or related industries with 
• broad industrial exposure
• Experience as (functional) team lead, perceived role as change agent and strategic driver of 
• growth
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, proactive strategic and “out-of-the-box” thinking
• Experience in implementing large (strategical) programs, involving a variety of employees
• Senior stakeholder management and communication skills
• Expert proficiency in MS Office; proficiency in PowerBI and other tools beneficial
• High proficiency in English
• Last but not least: Enjoy tackling matters head on and making change happen
