Strategic Operations Account Manager (f/m/d) - JobID 20783 


 

As an experienced IFM Senior Manager or Director, you will manage multimillion-euro P&L accounts, focusing on growth opportunities and delivering high-quality service. You will oversee a portfolio across multiple countries and ensure top-tier facilities services at various client sites.

The role involves fostering long-term client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating with SMEs to deliver best-in-class solutions. A focus on expanding FM services in medical devices, pharma environments, and commercial offices is key.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth, optimize service delivery, and increase revenue
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
     

Revenue Growth & Profitability:

  • Develop strategies to enhance revenue and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor P&L effectiveness with the Commercial Manager and KAD, ensuring financial targets are met
     

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Implement KPIs to drive performance and reduce costs
     

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, translating needs into service enhancements
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, aligning strategy with service delivery
     

Talent Development & Leadership:

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
     

Risk & Compliance Management:

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and manage risks associated with strategic initiatives


Your expertise:

  • Strategic thinking and financial acumen, with experience leading change initiatives
  • Previous experience in IFM contracts, especially in medical devices or pharma
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Client Centric Approach, a deep understanding of client needs and an ability to translate these into actionable business strategies that deliver value to all parties
  • Ability to interpret complex financial and commercial information
  • Available to travel within Europe between 30-50% of the time
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and maintaining high standards
